Monday evening
Mulligan Mixer
Our Welcome Reception. Start the conference with a second chance at a great first impression, and meet colleagues over drinks and conversation.
About the conference
One team. One direction. Forward.
Every year, Surgery Partners brings its leaders together to share what’s working, learn from one another, and set the course for the year ahead.
The 2027 Leadership Conference is built around movement: people moving together, ideas moving into action, and teams moving patient care forward.
Join us to connect with colleagues across the company, take part in regional and action-planning sessions, and leave with a clear plan.
The venue
Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
A full-service resort set among championship golf, pools, and open green space. Plenty of room to meet, move, and reset between sessions.
